A pregnancy story

This is how it all began. The conversation went something like this...

Francis: "William we have to stop at Walgreens on the way home."
William: "Why?"
Francis: "Because I have to buy something."
William: "What?"
Francis: "A pregnancy test."
William: "Why?"
Francis: "I have a feeling."
William: What!?"...

Then... a couple of months later
